Donna Sheen, JD, MPA, CWLS – Director/Attorney

Donna founded the Wyoming Children’s Law Center in 2009. She is a 2001 Graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is a Child Welfare Law Specialist. Donna has been admitted to Federal and State court. She has been an advocate for children’s legal rights for many years. She is a parent of a child with special needs and also completed a graduate assistant-ship with W.I.N.D. (Wyoming Institute for Disabilities).

Gabriella Sala, JD - Assistant Director/ Staff Attorney

Gabriella is the WCLC free service attorney. She has over 10 years of experience working in schools. She is a graduate from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She has a keen interest in disability law and is an excellent legal researcher. On her spare time she takes joy in building different Lego kits.

Sulaiman Raja, JD - Staff Attorney

Sir Raja joined our team March 2023. He is a Wyoming native who graduated from University of Wyoming College of Law in 2020.
