Sulaiman Raja, JD
Executive Director/Attorney
This year Sulaiman stepped into the role of executive director. He has a deep desire and drive to help those in need and strives to do so in his role as executive director and attorney at the Center. Sulaiman has advocated ardently in legal proceedings across the state for children's legal rights. Growing up in the foothills of the Big Horns in the quaint town of Buffalo, Sulaiman moved to Laramie to pursue his degree in the humanities, and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2019.
Donna Sheen, JD, MPA, CWLS – Attorney/Consultant
Donna founded the Wyoming Children’s Law Center in 2009. She is a 2001 Graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is a Child Welfare Law Specialist. Donna has been admitted to Federal and State court. She has been an advocate for children’s legal rights for many years. She is a parent of a child with special needs and also completed a graduate assistant-ship with W.I.N.D. (Wyoming Institute for Disabilities). Donna now dedicates her time to enjoying time with family, consulting with the Center, and discovering ways to expand her advocacy for the children vulnerable adults of Wyoming.

Karla joined us last year and has been a valuable member of our team! Graduating from the University of Wyoming with two Bachelor's degrees, one in Criminal Justice and the other in Political Science, Karla dedicates herself to Center's mission.
Robin Cooper, JD
Staff Attorney
Robin is our new staff attorney, joining us late last year! She has spent the better part of the past two decades providing legal services as a state public defender, helping those who otherwise would not receive legal help defend themselves in criminal proceedings. She has a kind heart and applies herself to better the lives of the clients with whom she works.
The Youth Justice Coalition is still open to hearing from parents, youths, and any who have stories and experience to share about their past, current, and expected interactions with the justice and educational systems in Wyoming.

Salina is finishing her final semester at University of Wyoming Criminal Justice program.
We are thrilled to have extremely talented University of Wyoming students join us for a semester. We love having students in our office to teach and provide an alternative way of learning. It shows them what they can really do with the interests that they are passionate about.
